You can submit your item for a free valuation, and if accepted, we will list it in our next auction.
We hold a weekly walk-in valuation service on Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 5pm, at our Chorley Saleroom. You will need to book an appointment, you can do this by telephone (01257 826840), email (info@houseclearanceuk.com) or by our online booking form, a member of our team will then value your items and explain the auction process.
We charge a small lotting fee per item, but sales above £100 are commission-free.
You can bid in person, online, or via telephone bidding. Simply register before the auction starts.
If an item doesn’t sell, we can relist it in the next auction or return it to you.
